Sign up for a free account

Delete your account
If you’ve gotten to the end of your subscription, or if you’ve been banned for using the premium version of Spotify, you may want to consider closing your account. You can do this through the website or by email.
To close your account, you’ll first need to verify your information and select the “Close my account” button. The next step is to enter a code. Once you’ve entered the code, you’ll receive a link. This will allow you to reactivate your account within seven days.
As a reminder, it’s important to cancel your subscription before you close your account. After you’ve closed your account, you’ll lose access to your music. Additionally, you won’t be able to use your old username.
